The Park City Team is built on a legacy of over 40 years in Park City. Ann MacQuoid has been a pillar in the community during that time.
“We came for the winter and stayed for the summer” is iconic to many in Park City. Skiing here in 1974 from Laguna Beach was amazing, so in 1979, Mac and I with baby daughter Katy decided to give it a try, and never left.
Dedicated entrepreneurs, and with so many opportunities here, we developed the Motherlode condos on Park Ave, as well as the Goldener Hirsch in Deer Valley and saved/restored the Washington School Inn, several historic buildings on Main Street, as well as creating Vie Retreat, the first “day spa” in PC. Elected to and serving on Park City Council in the 80’s was an honor and one of the most fulfilling endeavors of my life. Implementing the innovative Open Space Task Force enabled the city to purchase and preserve the historic White Barn and adjacent acreage on both sides of 224, all of Round Valley, and other entry and view corridors.
In l991, I decided to pursue a career as a Realtor, and worked hard to be well-regarded as a salesperson and trusted advisor to my clients in Park City and Deer Valley. Over the years, I’ve been honored to receive many industry recognitions (Salesperson and Realtor of the year, President of the Board of Realtors, Rotary Citizen of the Year) and part of the BHHS #1 Real Estate team nationally since 2007, Top 10 Team, and Top 10 Sold Volume nationwide. In the Park City community, we believe that “giving back” is essential, so I’ve loved serving on the boards of Egyptian Theater, Sundance Film Festival, Friends of Animals, and many more, and as a founder of Park City Performing Arts Foundation, raising $9mm to build the Eccles Center for Performing Arts.

Following in Ann and Mac’s footsteps, Josh and wife Katy moved to Park City full time in 2020 with their (at the time) 4-year-old son Bodie. Katy is Ann and Mac’s daughter
After 20 years of successful careers in California, the pandemic provided the opportunity for them to move to Park City and they seized it. Josh worked as a digital artist in Film Post-Production, Advertising, Games, and 4 years at Disney Imagineering.
Ready for a change of pace and new career, Josh dove into Real Estate. With no better mentor, Josh received a Masterclass in Real Estate from the local legend of Real Estate herself, Ann MacQuoid.
Following Ann’s lead, Josh believes that the personal relationship is just as important as knowledge and expertise when it comes to Real Estate. Listening is a key component to that relationship and it is our goal to fully understand our client’s needs to be able to deliver the best outcome.
